- QC/Technical Support
Our quality control department has 16 QC staff members who
are honest and responsible. They possess an average of three
years practical working experience in the lampshade
manufacturing field.

- Procedures/testing Details
In order to make the product conform to standards, the
quality of materials are examined before manufacture. The
manufacturing process is divided into several steps, with
each step having its fixed areas, and then connecting
together to form a production line.
A standard sample is placed on the working table of each
fixed area, for the QC staff to select, examine and measure.
In the production procedure, the operator of each step must
check before approving and accepting the half-finished
products from the earlier step. If the quality is
acceptable, the operator then carries out the next step.
